Descripción de la:
Fifth Mold for mezzo soprano (vocalise), B-flat clarinet, 2 violins, viola, cello, accordion, and piano Thomas Alva Edison: inventor and symbol of the idea of progress in the history of mankind. The Monumenti in his name were built in a modular system, the individual components being harmonic structures. The individual "molds" (borrowed from the sculptor's vocabulary) are individually different modifications of the original strictly identical construction plan of these three-movement entities. The Fifth Mold differs from the others by the inclusion of the human voice singing vocalises.
