The cheerful arrangement, having been tried and tested, also proved itself in numerous performances played by the string ensemble 'Saitenschwung' in Falkensee near Berlin.
The piece does not fail to receive both the musicians as well as the audience's outstanding approval: the unrestrained joy of playing music. It is to be executed at a moderate tempo, the setting is easy yet effective. The wellknown melody is framed by amusing interludes.
The level of difficulty of this piece is approximately 1-2, in accordance with the common classification ranging from 1 (very easy) up to 5 (demanding). Amateur or school orchestras will be able to perfom this arrangement with ease. It is well suited for opening or closing a concert.
Instrumentation: 8x Violin 1, 8x Violin 2, 8x Viola, 4x Cello, Upright Jazz Bass
